Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and was crowned sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. It is common to warm up before an actual training. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight as well as the second heavy weight day.
